Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Haley Wright is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in our Plainfield clinic. She received her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences with a Certification in Deaf Studies from the University of Iowa.
Haley grew up using sign language in her community and developed her passion for communication and Deaf Studies at an early age. Haley strives to go above and beyond to meet each of her patient’s individual or unique needs by using modern technology and advanced equipment. What her patient’s love about her most, is her compassion and warm demeanor.
Outside of the office, Haley spends most of her time with her family—her husband and two daughters!
Mary Nichols
Patient Services Coordinator
Mary Nichols is a PSC at Hearing Lab in our Plainfield and Wheaton offices. Mary is originally from Orland Park, IL and moved to Plainfield, IL in 2004. Mary attended Illinois State University and started working at Hearing Lab in December of 2023. Mary was drawn to the profession because she has always been passionate about helping others improve their quality of life. What Mary loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing how it changes people’s lives for the better. She loves helping them hear their loved ones again and enjoy the sounds they’ve been missing. Mary strives to give excellent customer service in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Mary spends most of her time watching her kids play sports. When she is not at a field or gym, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, going on walks with her dog and most recently playing pickle ball.
Diane Niemann
Patient Services Coordinator
Diane Niemann is a Patient Service Coordinator for Hearing Lab. Diane started her career in the hearing industry in 2011 and realized that hearing was her passion. She was drawn to the profession where she was able to show the patients that they deserve the best quality of life through better hearing.
What Diane loves the most about the hearing industry, is when the patient tells her they didn’t realize all the things they were missing including hearing their grandchildren. Diane strives to provide the very best customer service to each patient because they are part of our hearing family.
Outside of work, Diane enjoys baking, walking, playing pickleball and watching the Cubs.
