We are located on Route 59 just south of 135Th Street. We are on the west side of the street, on the opposite side of the Meijer Grocery Store on Route 59. We are in a stand-alone brick building with tinted windows. We share our building with A dental office and our office door faces away from Route 59. Scheduling is easy, simply call or go online to reserve your appointment.
